Behind the Antique Asian House

Asian Antique house is my childhood dream. It started from a novel–Dream of the Red Chamber. In order to build this dream house, I searched online, and took custom drama for reference. Below are the links:

I know dramas would not 100% reflect the history, but i do enjoy their interior design. That gave me great ideas to understand what house people might live in, and enable me to design my own mini house.

This is the first mini house I design/ made from scratch on my own. Main materials are cardboard, coffee stirring stick, belsa wood and washi paper. I make almost each tiny items/furniture on my own. Some are from DIY material kit–FJBH Dollhouse miniature with Furniture DIY , but I leveraged those materials, and then converted into different items in this house.

This is really an adventure to me and also a great DIY experience. I tried to list some supplies I used in each video. Hopefully it helps if anyone wants to try on her/his own, and wish everyone enjoys my video/Tutorial. 🙂
